Nepal-India Chamber of Commerce & Industry (NICCI) opened its second Chapter at Birgunj, the economic hub of Nepal on Wednesday, 17th May 2023, Biratnagar being the first Chapter to look after the eastern region of Nepal. The welcome remarks was delivered by Chairperson of the session and President of NICCI Head Office Mrs. Shreejana Rana.
The Chapter was inaugurated with their felicitation speeches by Chief Guest Former Honourable Member of Constitutional Assembly and Former Minister for Drinking Water and Energy at Madhesh Pradesh Mr. Om Prakash, Chairperson of the Inaugural Ceremony and President of NICCI Head Office Mrs. Shreejana Rana, Mayor of Birgunj Metropolitan City Mr. Rajesh Man Singh and President of FNCCI Madhesh Pradesh and Former President of Birgunj Chamber of Commerce & Industry Mr. Ashok Temani and also handed over the plaque of opening of Birgunj Chapter to Mr. Abhishek Choudhary, Chapter President of NICCI.
