AI leadership trainig program

NICCI, in collaboration with the University of Birmingham, organized a leadership training program titled "Artificial Intellegence (AI) for Leaders" on March 12, 2025, in Kathmandu. The program aimed to equip women leaders with essential knowledge and skills to effectively navigate and leverage AI for their career advancement.

The training was structured into two sessions. The first session provided thematic insights into AI tools and their applications, while the second session focused on the ethical considerations and strategic use of AI.

The key resource person for the training was Mr. Nandan Mishra, Co-Founder and CEO of Algo8 AI, and an alumnus of the Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur.
